RETURN POLICY
Your returns are taken seriously and we want to provide you with the best experience possible.
Please return the item(s) within 30 days of store purchase and we will refund the amount to the payment method selected at initial checkout.
We will pay for your return label. Customer is responsible for proper packaging and sending back return items. We will handle the restocking fee.
EXCEPTIONS
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise specified or we sent you a defective/wrong product
- Returned items must have no visible signs of significant wear or use (includes being washed in washer/dryer)
HOW TO RETURN
To begin the return process please sign into your customer account with the email you used to place the order. Find the order with product you wish to return and initiate the return process.
If exchanging items size, please enter the new product name and size in the description box when filling out the "Reasons" option.
We will create a prepaid return shipping label and email it to you with a description of the general packaging dimensions needed.
On desktop, the log-in button is found in the top right hand corner of the screen for desktop (small outline of head and shoulders).
On mobile, the log-in button is located on the drop down menu screen, on the bottom left hand corner.
Note: The paid shipping label is specifically designated to reflect the weight of the product being returned and the type of return package used. Anything that is outside of those parameters must be covered by the customer. We use USPS to ship and receive all packages.
